Spotify finally aligned. The Swedish music streaming service has updated its family pricing offer. Now we can enjoy six different accounts for 14.99 euros; exactly the same price as that offered by Apple Music since its launch in June 2015.

So far, Spotify proposed to add up to four additional profiles to its main account (9.99 euros) charged 5 euros each. The five accounts then returned 29.99 euros, or more than two times more expensive than its main competitor, but also as Deezer. The French service offers in effect since November 2015, offers six accounts to 14.99 euros, also aligned on Apple Music.

Tidal, Qobuz and Soundcloud Go lagging

In addition to the savings, such offer allows each person in the family to benefit from a private account where he can find his favorite albums, but also its playlists and personalized recommendations, as in a Premium “classic”. And just for those with multiple Premium accounts in one family, all information related to an integrated account to a family membership will be retained. It will make it worth juggling from one device with the identifiers of each.

For those who shared a unique Premium account within a family, good news, you will not be interrupted a metal marathon because your wife is listening to Joe Dassin your children at home …

Spotify, Deezer and Apple Music, now are the only three services to offer this offer standardized to 14, 99 euros for six accounts. Tidal still displays a 29.95 euros for 5 accounts while Qobuz and newcomer Soundcloud Go does not offer it at all.
