Aggression Thomas Vergara: Nabilla be tried for violence and not for homicide – TF1

The reality TV starlet Nabilla Benattia, suspected of stabbing twice his companion Thomas Vergara, was referred to the Criminal Court Nanterre when it should appear “in 2016″ “for two aggravated offenses of willful violence”, said prosecutors told AFP Friday.

“The intention of homicide was not accepted” by the judges in their order issued Thursday, said the prosecutor. The qualification of “aggravated violence” was chosen because Nabilla “was the concubine of the victim” and that he is “violence with weapons,” does one said. Nabilla is suspected of stabbing Thomas Vergara chest on the night of 6 to 7 November 2014 in Boulogne-Billancourt aparthotel. It is also suspected of having injured his back with a knife August 8, 2014 in the Bouches-du-Rhône.

The facts back in November had led to a criminal investigation for “attempted murder” qualification liable to the Assize Court. In both cases, the prosecution had asked for the end of June a correctional reference for “voluntary violence with a weapon and spouse.”

Nabilla, the heart of a new scandal

Placed in custody in November 2014, Nabilla spent five weeks in custody. His judicial review included an expulsion order: the star has not therefore allowed to contact his companion, and including through social networks. A provision that the young woman seems unconscionable to follow. Nabilla is these days in the heart of a new scandal. She was seen on July 25 with Thomas Vergara in a theater of Aix-en-Provence. An exit far from unnoticed since the couple would have had an argument with a lady of about fifty years. If Thomas and Nabilla deny that it was on the scene at the time of the incident, surveillance cameras prove the presence of the star of the cinema that day, according to information from M6 Info.
