iOS keeps the first place in business, but … Android – Mobile France

The battle between the mobile OS is not done on the number of handsets sold. According to a regular study of Good Technology, iOS remains the most widely used system in the workplace. However, Android continues to grow.
 

 Good Technology is a company offering a suite of software and a platform on which are additional APIs, so that companies can manage communication with smartphones to its employees through a secure while enabling greater productivity channel. Its services work just as well with iOS as Android.
 

 With nearly 5,000 companies as clients, and in many areas, Good Technology has a good overview of the presence of various manufacturers of mobile in business. Good Technology has also been used to conduct a regular study to determine the percentage occupied by Apple, Android and Windows Mobile.
 

 The latest study shows that Apple still reigns supreme in companies with two-thirds of the terminals. Android is second with 32% of smartphones using Google’s OS. As for Windows terminals, they represent 1% of companies according to the study. However, the study by Good Technology provides important information. Android continues to grow and jumped with 5 points, against the previous study.
 

 Apple has an agreement with IBM to ensure first place among professionals. Android development policy rather BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) companies, which is becoming more common. Moreover, with the acquisition of Divide by Google, this solution should continue to gain popularity in business.
