Facebook is launching in France its first support programme for start-ups – The Express

The construction of one hundred apartments, designed to accommodate employees of the start-ups selected, is also underway in Ivry-sur-Seine (Val-de-Marne). They will be able to host up to 600 people starting in 2018.
