VTC: the Council of State cancels within 15 minutes – Mobilicites.com

Already suspended in February 2014, the decree imposing a 15-minute delay between booking and customer care, imposed on car transportation with driver (VTC) has been permanently canceled by the State Council on 17 December 2014.

” The State Council believes that the government was not allowed to to add the VTC new conditions that restrict their diet activity. It therefore considers that the requirement a minimum of fifteen minutes between booking the vehicle and customer support, which is not required by law and goes beyond the legal requirement Reservation beforehand, is illegal, “said a spokesman of the State Council.

So, the highest administrative court, permanently canceled the controversial decree. The Council of State had already suspended in February 2014, after being seized by Transdev and society VTC, Allocab. “This is a great victory today for the VTC widely supported in the debate by the Competition Authority”, welcomed it in a statement.
