Alert on data SFR network on Friday. No talk yet of a breakdown or failure, it seems that many subscribers are finding slowdowns or the inability to navigate 3G or 4G from their smartphones. The difficulties have started around 12pm and according to our findings, delays are still common in 3G while the 4G is no longer attached.
The operator confirms the problem without providing for moment of explanation.
It is recalled that SFR was pinned down recently for its investment in mobile infrastructure and therefore its quality. Asked when launching Zive Michel Combes, operator’s boss, was very clear, recognizing an “inexcusable delay”.
