On paper, the web was a brilliant idea. Developed in the early 90s, thanks to the efforts of Tim Berners-Lee, the Web was conceived as a space for discussion and exchange that would allow scientists to communicate their research and share their findings. 20 years later, this has changed a bit and even the founding father of the web is in distressed at the first “Web Decentralized Summit” being held in San Francisco.
