Apple Music announces honorable figures for its test period

Apple said Thursday its new streaming music service Apple Music attracted more than 11 million subscribers during the probationary period. The sector’s music specialists believe that these are respectable numbers but did nothing exceptional.

Tesla revises its annual forecast down
high tech electric car manufacturer Tesla has published quarterly figures in line with expectations but lowered its annual forecasts. This was clearly disappointed investors since the title showed a decline of over 10% in mid-session on Wall Street.

The maker of objects connected fitness Fitbit has published quarterly figures in line with analysts’ estimates but the stock has decreased by over 10% during the session due to margins that are, themselves, very far below expectations.

Crave TV defies Netflix

BCE Inc., Canada’s largest telecom operator said it had 730,000 subscribers for its streaming competitor Crave TV video service Netflix. This number is expected to increase when ECB will this service available to all via the Internet. It is currently available to subscribers to cable BCE.

The NASDAQ restarts downward

After rebounding Wednesday, the NASDAQ departed sharply lower Thursday posting on closing a decline of 1.6%. Apple for its part, remained stable at around 115 dollars.
