The first seven months of the year were the warmest on record – Les Echos

Since the beginning of the year, record hot accumulate from month to month. And July is no exception to the rule: it is the hottest month of July for over a century, at the global level, announced Thursday the Oceanic and Atmospheric Agency US (NOAA). But July also broke the record heat, while confused month since 1880.

In France, the month July was marked by two heat waves in early and mid-month, reports Meteo France, together with low rainfall. On average, temperatures exceeded seasonal norms by 2 degrees, which places this month of July 2015 the third largest hottest recorded (behind 2006 and 1983) in France
