Apparently, at a conference in Arizona on Women and IT, a woman attempted to interview the CEO of the company Satya Nadella for advice for those who want to advance their careers but are ill at comfortable to seek higher wages.

And apparently, the remarks of the latter appeared particularly moved. Inappropriate comments because Mr. Nadella, responded that women should trust the system to their accorede as good wage increases.

So he reveals on his Twitter account Thursday night that he very badly answered the question. Thus therefore he wanted to evoke that “men and women should receive equal pay for equal work (…) If you think you deserve a raise, you should ask.” He admits, “I misspoke in my answer on how women should ask for a raise,” he has written yet. Concluding the message, it evokes that “Our industry must end wage inequalities, that way we will not need to request an increase.”

A far as we know, if Women held to have answers on the subject is because a recent study by a group of California reflection, salaries are higher for highly educated men working in Silicon Valley than women with equivalent qualifications.
