Google Hangouts is developing to compete with Skype – Challenges.fr

The American giant Google launched Wednesday, September 10 its own version of Skype lets you use your application Hangouts message on mobile devices to make free calls or low cost via the Internet.

“Hangouts already allows you to send a quick message or start a video chat group,” said one of the officials product at Google, Amit Fulay in a note on a blog.

“But sometimes it’s better to just call (a person) to say ‘I love you.’ With the new version of Hangouts is now possible, “he added.

Google has merged the capabilities of its call service in line with its Google Voice application Hangouts message, which is experiencing a real success on the Google+ social network by allowing such conduct video chats with groups free.

Calls between users and Hangouts will be free, along the lines of Skype , as calls made in the United States or Canada, according to Amit Fulay. The same source, the prices for international calls will “really low.”

Calls via Hangouts will be possible on mobile devices running the Android operating system and Apple’s iOS.
