A major security flaw on Android – Actualitté.com

The company’s security researchers Palo Alto Networks just bring out an important security flaw in the Android system found used by a large number of smartphones. 50% of the park may be affected by this vulnerability, reports ZDNet .

But for now, this flaw would not have been made exploited by malicious spirits. It could be dangerous only for users who would download applications outside of Google Play Store. Go through Amazon would be a risk for example.

It would be possible to replace an application with malware. Between when the user downloads the application and the time it is installed, the replacement could easily intervene. It obviously needs to quickly find a solution to this technical problem of great magnitude.
