Windows 10: Microsoft releases 5th Technical Preview – Clubic

Regarding the handwriting recognition, Microsoft introduces a new panel specifically designed for quick notes. For its part, the assistant Cortana now works in new countries including France while access to network settings is now faster from the taskbar. Microsoft adds that several versions of the lock screen will be tested, especially in France and the United States.

Microsoft explains that the test program includes two categories of users: some want to retrieve more stable builds and deployed less frequently while other wants to test as soon as possible each of the new features, even encounter more bugs.
