4G: Free his lead on SFR – France Mobile

The National Frequency Agency, better known as ANFR, has just made its observations on 1 September 2015. According to data published by the National Frequency Agency, 21,440 sites have been authorized, of which 18,307 are in service on 1 September 2015 for very high-speed mobile (4G) all operators. This figure is up by 2.4% from 1 July 2015.



34 098 4G antennas authorized in France

12 039 websites have been authorized for 4G in the 800 MHz band (+ 5.4% over a month). As regards the band 1800 MHz, 7194 sites received a downstream for 4G (+ 1.6% over a month). As for the 2.6 GHz band, the increase was 2.7% over one month or 14 865 authorized sites.



Free still before SFR 4G

As of September 1 2015 Orange had 7811 4G antennas in service and Bouygues Telecom 6728 1083 or more antennas in service for the French leader. Free Mobile 4G antennas and 4455 totaled SFR always last with antennas 3431 with only 19 additional antennas in a month.

In 3G, the total number of authorizations sites s ‘amounted to 41,032, of which 1,978 relate to the overseas territories. In 2G, 40,871 sites are allowed on the entire territory, including 2545 overseas territories.
