Microsoft continues to focus on its mobile applications for two major platforms on the market: iOS and Android. In a blog post, the publisher states that Skype 6.0 for Android has been available since September 3, just like the version for smartphones and tablets Apple.
Skype 6.0 for Android is primarily a version with GUI has been redesigned, with a kind of design “Material Design”, and a redesigned ergonomics to be easier to use on Android phone. This is certainly the message that wants to pass Microsoft
