Google is (slightly) new look with a new logo. On this occasion, the American giant has a new doodle. After the announcement of a major overhaul of its structure last month, Google has indeed unveiled on Tuesday a new modernized version of its logo, meant to meet the increasing use of its services on mobile devices. In a small animation on the home page of the search engine, a hand erases the old Google logo in blue letters, red, yellow and green, and rewritten colorful letters remain, but in a more upright and typography modern. Google also says goodbye to the small icon in the form of “g” tiny blue marking some of its products. It is replaced by a capital G in four colors to match the logo.
“We took the logo and the Google brand, which were originally designed for a single search engine page on a computer office and have updated the computer for a world without friction through an endless number of devices and types of actions (by touching, typing or talking), “the group said in a message announcing the change on its official blog.
