More than a few hours before the opening of the THESE and already, we can hear in the alleys of Las Vegas, whispers or rumours spread in the corridors. Point of unfounded rumour, on the side of Samsung : the manufacturer takes the opportunity to present its all new Galaxy smartphones that will see the light of day in 2017.
Samsung Galaxy A3 and A5 version 2017
Samsung therefore take advantage of THESE to introduce the latest Galaxy A3, A5 and A7, which are in its catalogue, in the category mid-range to the year 2017. These three models take the place of the older models 2016 who wore, them also, of the same name. The Samsung Galaxy A3 version 2017, compared to the version 2016, still has a screen 4.7-inch HD Super AMOLED display. Side processor : it is a Exynos 7870 clocked at 1.6 GHz. With a total of 2 Gb of RAM and 16 Gb of storage. The camera has 13 megapixels with a front, a sensor of 8 megapixels. On the side of the battery (2 350 mAh), it can be recharged by port USB Type-C. Samsung extending thus its new connections for this new year of 2017 to the devices of less than 350 euros.
The model is Samsung Galaxy A5 has seen its battery pack increase, from $ 2 900 mAh to 3,000 mAh, compared to its version in 2016, with a quick charge by USB Type-C. The display remains unchanged as well : it is a 5.2 inch Super AMOLED Full HD, which is a density of 424 pixels per inch. Side processor, one spends an Exynos 7580 to an Exynos 7880. Little changes, but the novelty comes from the graphics. The Mali-T830 3 hearts replacing the Mali-T720 to 2 hearts.
The memory is doubled : it goes from 16 to 32 Gb of storage and 2 Gb of RAM to 3 Gb. A microSD port is always available for expanding the storage up to 256 Gb. The camera will probably remain unchanged, but in front, it should be significantly improved.
Samsung Galaxy A7
With a design that is all curves, it will be water resistant. It is a phablet equipped with a 5.7-inch screen Full HD, no Exynos processor 7880, the same as the Galaxy A5 (2017), clocked at 1.9 GHz, with 3 Gb of RAM and 32 Gb of storage. The battery displays a capacity of 3 600 mAh battery, which should ensure a very good battery life to the smartphone. As was already the case last year, the Galaxy A7 version 2016, as version 2017, should not be marketed in France.

The Samsung Galaxy A3 and A5 will be available from the month of February in France. The advertised prices in Europe are, respectively, 329 and 429 euros. The Galaxy A5 (2017) will be marketed under Android 6.0 Marshmallow, with probably a scheduled update to Android 7.0 Nougat.
