The Prime Minister Manuel Valls Wednesday promised to “correct” the “dysfunctions” in justice as police appear today before the Department of Justice. Among the measures announced: a bill on criminal procedure in the Council of Ministers “in the coming months”, the “hardening” of penalties for traffic of heavy weapons and a “relief management custody” .
